More about me

I am an experienced leadership, career, and transitions coach committed to supporting executives and academics to have a greater impact and become more influential and inspiring in their leadership.

I am also the Director of Flourish After Fifty, a specialist service supporting women over fifty to lead flourishing lives.

I am a certified global executive coach and member of the International Coaching Federation, a recognition of my commitment to best practice, deep knowledge, practical coaching experience, and ongoing professional development.

I am an experienced Board member and a graduate of the Company Directors course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

I am passionate about living with purpose and generating impact for the people I work with, and the world in general.

I have a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Social Policy and throughout a diverse 30+ year career (including leadership roles in academia, public health, local government, and the not-for-profit sector), my commitment has always been to help people live better lives; whether this is influencing policy and improving systems, through ground-breaking child health research, or through my work in local communities.

After an extensive career in leadership roles, my coaching career was formalised in the middle of the pandemic, out of a desire to bring my passion for supporting people’s leadership and career development together with my well-honed mentoring and coaching skills.
